If you have had direct exposure to a COVID-19 positive individual in the preceding 14 days, please call to reschedule your appointment, or consider switching to a televisit.

If you have traveled out of the country or to another state in the restriction list for New York state, please let our staff know before your appointment date.

Please wear a face mask to your appointment. Our staff will be wearing face masks and eye protection.
